But on the serious side, technology in the classroom has arrived and is here to stay! Many classic book collections are available free in app form and can be played on both iPad and iPhone/Touch. More are proliferating, including kids picture books, sometimes in multiple languages.
It’s fascinating to watch as school districts begin adding new technologies to the classroom. Here’s a post I came across which addresses the benefits of integrating technology into classrooms, how and when to do it, and some questions that aid in state and district officials to accomplish meeting the needs of 21st century learners.
